Secret Reports Dispute White House Optimism
We watched the 60 Minutes interview with Bob Woodward tonight. This does not look good for the GOP going into the election. Iraq is looking more and more like Vietnam II with the same kind of hubris and arrogance from the key players (Rumsfeld, Cheney and Kissinger[!!!]) who should know better.
Vote. Vote. Vote. Send the message that needs to be sent. o
Most of the major league players now were minor league players in the late 60’s- early 70’s. And, it seems to me that what they’ve done is try to recreate the old days in order to show how thy were right all along and Nixon should have listened to them. Pretty much everything the Bush Admin. has done are things that the young Neocons tried to do under the Nixon Admin., but were too crazy for Nixon and Kissinger.
The neocons haven’t had a new thought in 30 years.
